How do I prepare?+
After you sign up you receive a personal preparation with guidelines around nutrition, intention and rest. A clear intention helps you get the most out of your journey.
How large are the groups?+
Our ceremonies are intentionally small-scale — a maximum of six participants. This leaves room for intimate, personal attention and a sense of safety.
Where do the ceremonies take place?+
In a quiet, natural setting in North Brabant. You receive the exact location after your sign-up and confirmation.
Do I receive guidance afterwards?+
